is there a simple script out there that can do this...ttt maybe?

I want the script to sort of alternate where the user goes..

ie: 75% of the time when surfers click blind links it goes to a specified link, but the other 25% of the time the surfers are sent to a page selected from a random list

can anyone help? does TTT do this?
