In order to make 'print screen' from W*indows Mediaplayer you have to turn off hardware acceleration

Tools -> performence -> hardwareperformence

www.analogx.com and then turn off accelerating hardware performce

go to Download.com and get PowerDVD.

oops, nevermind. I'm thinking of something else.

You don't need anything different than you do for capturing avi's and Mpeg's. Just set your acceleration down a bit like this.
