then the problem its ccbill are scrubing VISA cards from europe? only from SPAIN?

whats the problem with CCBILL im promoting a lot of sponsors using ccbill and im bored of that weird days with 1:8000 and next day 1:100

any Ideas on whats going on?

for what its worth, i've had a lot of european rebills fail lately, many of the long-time members w/ a history of good rebills. i wondered if it might be due to some problem w/ ccBill's european acquiring bank... many more failed rebills than normal, and all eurpoean..

I have on some days whit 1:15000
ccbill europe.

i've noticed the really wierd up and down thing with ccbill too.

the most scary thing about that is every time you do that question, you dont get never an answer from ccbill.So go figure your self why...

I hope these threads has one of these 2 results:

1- CCBill realizes that their scrubbing is stupid.

Or

2- Webmasters drop them because they are too stupid to realize that their scrubbing is stupid.
