You could have a member submission section where all the weidos could post pics of themselves so they could get to know the other weirdos better...

toons, crossword puzzles, games, news, etc etc

Some "diaries" of your girls. You wouldn't believe how many guys love to read up on their favorite girl.

i got around 100 stories and they love it

diaries is a good one..maybe a small personals plugin

If you would know which site im setting up you really dont want to see the paying members, believe me.

I find candid photos and diary entries do reaaly well, they feel like they're getting to know the "real" me.

I think games are a great thing (check out our little puzzle for free: http://www.greatsexcontent.dk)

But, I think today you have to look to a website more like you see a magazine. You will need monthly specials, lead articles, information like travel reports etc. In my point of view the sites with good retention rates will become more and more something like a eZine and it should be easy ported to any handheld application as well.

Very first thing I noticed about the Adult Internet. I think it's because so few ever bought and jerked off to prn they do not understand the buyers motives nor respect him.

Battus, the whole thing with porn is making it real. That's why reality porn sells, make it good and real and you are on to a winner. Throw it together like you're constructing a a pile of bricks and that's what you have, a pile of porno bricks.
