One Time SPAM: If you have a paysite and are with CSI or Ibill read this

On June 27 CSI stops doing high risk processing. If you have your own CSI account they have probably notified you. CSI is owned by First Data Corp, they are abandoning of adult, not just for CSI but for all of FDC. If you use Ibill, they use FDC and they may not have dropped the bomb on you yet.

We became proactive and found a way to get new merchant accounts, one in the US and one in Europe. If you qualify and get your paperwork together in timely manner you may still survive without a disruption in sales.

The only people who will qualify have been in business for at least one year in Europe, two in the US, have Chargeback rates below 0.80% and do at least $100,000 a month in sales. I can also help Canadians in the same situation.

There is a real time crunch for the US accounts to take action before the bank closes that option off.

If you want the infomation email me and I will put you in touch with the proper people, the same people that had us up and running in less than 2 weeks.

Ibill told us that their parent company does Ccbill's processing.

Anybody know if this is fact or just propoganda?

Ibill was just sold to the people who purchased Penthouse. The reason FDC dropped adult was the media exposure that sale caused FDC. CCbill can speak for themselves, however I would be shocked if they used Ibill for anything at all.

First, iBill does not use CSI for our merchant account. We are in very good standing with the card associations and our merchant account processors. Our chargeback rates in all categories are well below the thresholds and have been for some time. While First Data has made it clear that they eventually plan to exit the adult market, there is not a set point where iBill has to leave First Data like direct merchants under their subsidiary CSI. Please keep in mind we have had a solid relationship with First Data going back many years. The adult processing industry is very challenging but our primary objective has always been long term business continuity. It is business as usual here at iBill.

CCBILL does not use a First Data bank. They run their business through EPX which uses Meritbank in Utah.

Paycom is a different story. They use Payment tech, which is nearly half owned by FDC. If FDC is mandating that the IPSPs start looking elsewhere for their banking needs than iBill and Paycom would be in the same boat.

Probono, that is good of you to offer to help people out. I wonder if people will take you up on this, or continue to pull the wool over their own eyes.

Mark it might be business as usual for you however your merchant accounts will be closed by FDC in fact Ibill is the reason the entire problem was exposed by Forbes Magazine and the crystalizing cause of many many high risk merchants losing their accounts with 6 weeks or less notice. I think you have your head in the sand if you think Ibill is not getting shut off.

Without being too blunt... If you really believe a "Forbes Article" is the reason behind an FDC decision or that iBill has any correlation to the challenges in the adult industry than it is someone elses head in the sand than mine...

As mentioned in my previous post, we will and have managed our business in a manner that will comply with all association rules. We have and will continue to have numerous positive banking relationships in the US and abroad as well as multiple payment methods so that our clients will always have processing solutions.

Time will tell who is correct. I predict a major change in the Ibill business model with 30-60 days that will adversely effect your smaller clients. However I am not privy to your corporate secrets I just know the realities at FDC and the limited options left for an IPSP.
