I need a TGP built
 

Ok,
I'm looking to have a TGP built, and for you wiseasses, i know i can do it myself!
I need it to be a clean script...something like on bunnyteens.com. But i want the same colors that i already have on Legally18.com ...blue, green, white.

i need 1 webmaster page on it, but has the submission option, and trading option.
Please throw some prices at me. I'm not hiring anyone yet, just need an idea of the price i'll be looking at.
