PC Keyboard with trackball?

Does anyone know if someone makes a keyboard with a trackball built in? So a mouse wouldnt be needed...

I've seen them on laptops and i've seen trackballs that are seperate from the keyboard. But I need one made into the keyboard, for use in a MAME cabinet.
