Video camera advice?
 

Never owned one, looking to get the right one the first time. Pretty much sold on the Sony DCR-VX2100 but before I buy I want to make sure I'm not overlooking something.

Also, what are some must have accessories I should be looking for? UV filters? Special type of batteries?

We have the VX-2000 and love it. We haven't played with the 2100 yet, but if it's any better than the 2000, grab it.

VX2100 is a kickass camera - definently a good one if you've got the bucks for it :thumbsup

I also think Panasonic has a good one with the Leica lens, but can't seem to remember the name of it...

After my sig contract runs out, Im' goign to convert to an ARS sig whore so I can afford the camera! :winkwink:
