When you were a GFY newbie
 

I remember when I first found GFY how intimidating I thought it was...But I am kind of a wimp that way :P Were you scared of GFY at first or did you jump head first???

I lurked for a long time before i signed up. Wanted to get a feel for the community and people.

I lurked for a while and then a bad topic came up and I had to jump in head first.

Lensman put a gun to mi head and said, "register NOW, token!"

All I could say was, "yessum masta, i be postin on da GFY now masta!"


Mi GFY nic was supposed to be "Toby", but it was taken.

I'm reading GFY for more than 2 years but started posted only a month ago:) Was not scared to post first time.

i posted in the 'test your signature here' thread to get my postcount up before i really started posting in the main forum :thumbsup

I am new to the board but have been around the biz for awhile just never used the boards. When I started it was no big deal just jumped right in

I wasn't intimidated...

Was lurking for a while already so I knew of the BS that goes on

and the people acting like children.

2 years ago, posted for a bit then stopped for a year and now back in full force.

I'm a newbie and only just heard about the site a few days ago, so technically I lurked for about 30 seconds before signing up and becoming a member. Now I feel cool. :thumbsup
