then notify who is hosting this garbage
tell them you need you stuff backed up and sent to you if still available
then reset the account put the site back together
and use better passwords go with about 15 digit almost randomized
very hard to crack would take forever

at least they just defaced it.. better than DDoS'ing your friends site making his BW bill skyrocket (thats what happened to me)
