ready made offshore company question
 

i see that many sites that incorporate offshore companies offer "ready mady"company at same price like they open a new offhore company.. and in this way u have your own company in 1-2 hour at same price (u don't have to wait 3-4 weeks so they open your company)

the question is: it is a good ideea to buy a "ready made" offshore company since i have no serious warranty that the respective company have no comercial or banking activity untill now?

your biggest concern should be, what business did that company transact before you bought it. it may be under watch by certain orgs that you don't want watching. also, what jurisdiction is it in, there are some that are better for our business than others. if you are really interested in offshore business, or have questions contact ICQ 274857543
