Sponsors - How do you keep tabs on affiliates?
 

With so many affiliate programs out there, we all know that you have to keep in touch with affiliates or they'll often just plain forget to send traffic to you sometimes.


I talk to 5-6 guys about traffic deals and/or promotion, then a few days pass and I feel like I forgot to follow up with a few of them.


ICQ works but once you get a few hundred people on there it's a bit of a mess.


Anyone of you sales rep folks have a system for this? :)

i just fist them all one at a time and call them by first name:thumbsup

I just keep a running excel spreadsheet of affiliates. If I have talked to them about something I mark it down, and take it off when done..

true..there are only a handful of people that are on my ICQ list by first name..If I were there I would be lost in the steve section also!

Ah yes, I should have known you'd have some gay system for doing this. :)
