Actually, tonight is mine, but she insists on paying tomorrow. It's actually very difficult to pay for her.. she insists on doing things 50/50 so I have to secretly pay for things in advance before she has a change to object.

Something like that. Back in Ontario, my family used to own a hunting and fishing lodge, and her family was one of the families that would camp there every single year.

So I'd see her there every summer, and she pretty much became part of the family... well, except in my mind. To them she was family, to me she was a really great friend.

I know... first I'm going outside... not just outside, but getting a sun tan and everything.

Now I'm actually making an effort to pay for everything.

I really think need some professional psychiatric help.

Believe me... this is all much more bizarre for me than it is for you.

But yep... she MADE me go with her and buy some shorts, and sit on the beach and all that stuff that real people do. I'm so out of my element!
