Am I just wrong being in adult and biased, or do young people now really do the abstinence thing like Bush wants them too?

Why is it repressed or closed minded?

It's their choice regardless of why, whether it's based on morality, religion or whatever.

the attitude was that their way was the new "right way" and they were on the forefront of what Bush wants ALL young people to do.
yes choice is choice, but I got the hint that it meant that what they practice should be the norm for all. meaning no choice through pressue by print/vid and appearences. thats what I meant by close minded.. thier way was the ONLY way and if you weren't doing it you were not in line.
