What sucks is if I remember correctly the default in the Admin is 3 days. We jacked ours way past that, yet I wonder how many actually change many of the default settings.

id laugh if they only lasted for 20 seconds, then i would call up ccbill and start bitching

I'm not sure about this but it might work... go to whatever site, look for the @ccbill.com cookie in your cookies directory, open it and see what the timestamp is set to.

I set ours to the max ccbill allows: 180 days.

Do you have PHP installed on your server?

Make a new .php document, paste this into it:
PHP Code:

<?php
$timestamp
"";
echo
date("Y-m-d H:i:s"$timestamp);
?>

Copy the #'s, probably 10 digit, into the quotes after $timestamp. If you think certain sites have it set too low, test them. The cookie is on your end, they can't hide that.

Some cookies expire after the surfer closes their browser, while others are set to expire in half a year. It depends on the affiliate program.

Yep, ccbill's default is 3 days.
Sponsor can increase it though.

The program can set it how they want, I think we set ours to 225 days which I beleive is the maximum
