yea another persons reputation drug through the mud via community standards in exchange for national headlines on obscenity charges. When wil the govt decide to go after he real bad guys instead of just ruining peoples lives for headlines.

This is the bottom line someone has to challenge the law beause as long as it's on the books it has to be enforced.
