Can someone explain what the new 2257 rules mean for tgp'ers?

For those of us who just buy our content from places like ounique, matrix, etc and dont shoot our own, and we dont run our own paysites. We just host the content on our tgp galleries, and we link to other hosted content on our tgp sites.

Most of the posts about this are from content producers so Im confused on what the gallery makers need to do this correctly.

If you are buying content and publishing it (tgp, galleries, whatever), you are a "secondary producer", so you gotta have the same records as your content provider...including cross references with all URLs

Wow. That's crazy.

What influence do they have on non-US webmasters that submit galleries with (US) sponsor content and that are hosted at (US) servers by the sponsor? >> I.e., the submitter doesn't really own anything.
