Looks for a movie called "brother" it's made in japan but it's Japanese Triads vs Italian Mafia. Lotsa killing and blood :)

not exactly mafia, but is organized crime and a good flick.

Yeah it's all right...takes place here in Montana, so that's kind of cool.

There's a lot of great Japanese mafia movies. Check out the Dead Or Alive trilogy or Versus.

Goodfellas is one of the best mafia movies.
