A serious question for serious guys!

Have you achieved all you got now on your own or working in a team? Are team working more efficient and more profitable than doing all stuff alone?

MrIzzz 08-02-2004 03:31 PM

alone, but with the help and knowledge of close friends

How did you stimulate yourself during the tough times? I think the advantage of a team is a little competition in it, that boosts teams energy and work efficiency.

I work alone, but I am only running a small tgp and submitting gals

buddyjuf 08-02-2004 03:47 PM

I have always worked better alone

others seem to get in the way of my goals and success

ever since I was 10 years old, I have been sitting on the computer for hours at a time and figuring things out by myself

but of course, that doesn't mean that I will say no to a group project. :glugglug

Dont you think, that if you would do your buisiness together with your friend, you two would have running not 2, but 10s of TGPs?

About half myself and half in deals with partners.

Ideas or deals that aren't too risky I'll usually do myself and those with higher risk I'll do with partners.

Team work, but make sure your team members are not greedy and are not control freaks. Having a partner or partners in a business is being more married to that person than a spouse.

and a team involves everyone as you grow, they whole company. We have about 80 Employees here and they have been with us for about 5 years, some even longer.

They are our team and made us who we are today.

You can still do it alone but I think a team would get you to the top if its the right team. Choose wisely like you would a wife.

Hope that helps,

Team work does pay ... but you have to be the leader ;)

fr8 08-02-2004 07:08 PM

I work alone. If your in a slump just take some time off. Dont think about work just relax. Then come back to it fresh and start working.

team work is the go imho...
more productivity and higher motivation to achieve.
