Everyone, with a clue redirects some EU traffic to dialers. Its called geo-targeting and nearly every program does it. Most everyone has to... Credit card sales account for a very, very small portian of EU traffic and they also pose the highest fraud rates. Far higher then US, Mexico and Canada does. We geo-target some EU traffic so we can continue to offer the payouts that we do. However, 97% of our sales are US and Canada, if you are looking to sell US teen sites to EU traffic, it might not sell as well for you anyways.

We do it to control fraud which is extreamly high in those areas. Trust me, we would love there sales, if it was not such a risk to accept cards from some EU areas. Thats just one of the reasons why we Geo-target. Hit me up if you have US sites and want to make money with your EU traffic.
