Thumb TGPs Illegal If You Hotlink the Image From Someone Else?

Is this also illegal? Or is it only if the image is stored on your server? Also, what about iframing other people's porn pages, if the earlier case is illegal, is this also?

This is with regards to 2257 for those who did not know.

Ok that makes perfect sense, but I want to make sure that is the case (don't need any troubles). Thanks for the input, hopefully someone can confirm.

You know damn well that you cannot rely at all on what people tell you ... not at ALL .

Read the whole thing ...

You have been told wrong, common sense and the ability to read would tell you this is bullshit. The regs clearly state that if you "insert" the content onto your site then you are a secondary producer. Calling the image from another location (hotlinking or iframe) doesnt matter, you are inserting the image on your site.

You may want to have someone else tell you before the 24th. The way i understand it, if your url is in the address bar whatever is displayed on the page is your responsibility.
