Seeking Webmaster to Build Escort Site

I'm looking for a webmaster that can design/build an escort directory site. We'd like it as basic as MyEscortGuide.com, BUT it must be a pay site and look better. No live chat, no forum...just a basic, easy-to-use directory site.

We're hoping to find a reliable resource that can get it done in Sept. for a reasonable rate. I've received one quote for $600 but the person hasn't been very responsive and I went to get this going.
