I had mine denied too, I forget what word I had somewhere on my site. I changed the word, they accepted me, been using them every since and I'm happy with them.

At least they are still only worried about things like pissing: Deluxe Pass took down a bunch of sites/tours a couple of weeks ago because they were shemale.

At least that is what they said on their board, although they still haven't sent out an official notice or said why shemale suddenly became a no-no. And they left a handful of sites live, so who knows...

Pissing has been a banned term on our TOS for quite some time. We have to follow the recommendations of our lawyers to ensure we are compliant with laws and can stay in business. I know it seems ridiculous, but I don't make up the obscenity laws.
