Is there a thrid party biller called Interpay?

http://www.interpay.nl is the dutch company for offering creditcards, maintaining the ATM billing network, etc.

only one I know is the dutch company that controls all dutch MA's, not a third party biller though, I don't think they allow third party billing with their MA's anymore

yep, and I hear they are pretty good.
