Who has had problems? Would it be a good idea to wait?

i am gonna wait myself dont trust MS

it's been a month since I disabled Automatic Update and when I go to
Windows Update site to download and install SP2 manually (Express Install),
i get this message:

wtf? I'm sure that I only have SP1 installed. Anyone knows other way
around to this?

I'm waiting a month or two.. no rush since my computer is working 100% fine.
