is this how adult bouncer deals with customers?
 

so i sign up because i was considering making a site, wanted to see the members area. blah blah whatever.

so i try to cancel, go to the website of the processor and it says 'can't connect to bank'. started a support ticket over a month ago and it hasn't even been looked at. finally i'm able to cancel, but after they rebill me. guess thats one way to increase retention.

contact them again and adult bouncer as well, no response from either party. and people wonder why visa/mastercard throw all these rules at us?

they moved my site to a different server - never gave me any login info, all I got was "oh, talk to so-and-so"

that was like 2 years ago

sounds like chargeback time...those guys always have threads or articles somewhere about how they are ripping people off or fucking with people

Yep. Got curious and checked out AB myself a week or so ago and got the same "can't connect to bank" bullshit. I went ballistic because I knew they were scamming me. They also insist on username/password to even get to the cancel screen unlike a real processor. Very low on the integrity scale.

Thanks for reminding me that I need to contact my bank and chargeback.

Companies like this will soon find they are way over the 1% and facing more and more problems.
