theglobe.com has ftp access. Also on a nice fast server and allows adult shit.

Just check the galleries, see what their ads are like - check the main page for details, and if they offer what you want, signup. On another topic, sexshare.com is looking pretty clean again, after that whole "header the size of an fpa" incident. But I don't know why the fuck they make their headers so butt ugly, I guess it's to pull clicks. I mean, they have headers with nice clean point 14 text.
