What's the going rate for a PR6 hard link on an adult site which is
NOT an expired domain has maybe 20 outlinks from the page?

adult site with pr6 is rare but regardless in mainstream its 40-120 a year

Any clue about PR5?

so many pr5 sites and its easy to get pr6+ is not as common

I must have 100 pr5 sites myself

But I'm sure as hell not selling any links for $40-120 a year.

50$ to 150$ a year is for mainstream, not adult

Sold many of them for 100$/month from basic one.

Depends on HOW the PR is build , if its spammy its less than that
IF its a REAL solid PR6 can be go to 100$ to 300$/month or more, because you send SE traffic to.

I already have a potential buyer.

But haven't got a clue what to charge.

Just some tips, dont link to PR0 , cloak setup or banned domains ;) or your PR6 will die fast ;)

And dont over sold to 300 ppl on your home page ;)

Better to sell higher to some of them than sell cheap to 400 of them.

I'm talking about an adult reviews site which has been online since March-99 and has loads of totally non-spammy organic backlinks. Furthermore, the potential buyer is a new adult reviews site, so the link relevance is a perfect match. :)

Well ask for a price range offer, anybody knows a range what that advertising is worth to him.Maybe 100+ for exclusive listing + banner or whatever, it really depends who you're dealing with.

If you send them 20k SE traffic monthly , its not a good deal for you.

you have to do maths on how much traffic you will send them per month to.

100$/month can be a basic price without any traffic sent to them.

What he said. I'm selling PR5 banners on a niche site with lotsa search engine traffic for $100 a month, and text links for half of that. My one PR6 adult site I don't sell links on, but it would be $100/mo minimum if I did.

A PR6 page is a PR6 page. It does not matter where it's located.

$100 / month for an adult PR6 link is too expensive.

BTW, i heard it's not worth to buy a link just for 1 month. Google has implemented some changes agains link-selling, so that a new link has to be up for about 3 months before they start counting it.

Agree on both counts. I don't think the link is objectively worth that price -- it's just the amount I would need before I was tempted to mess up my page with other people's links. :winkwink:

And my recent experience is that it can (but does not always) take two-four months before a high quality backlink does your page some good.

I really dont think that paying for a single pr6 is going to help you much. I think that getting someone with multiple sites with a 6 might help a little.
