Canada's law system is such bullshit. Nothing gets done. It takes years for the RCMP to do ANYTHING aside from write a speeding ticket.

Bullshit..The laws regarding CP are just as strict as anywhere else.My buddy had his computer and modem taken away by the cops because he was suspected .He isn't even in Adult and cost him a grand to prove he wasn't involved.Someone used his credit card number and bought a membership to some cp site..The pigs take that shit very seriously.

Although the sick and slimy little shit annoys it's mildly amusing to think of him sitting in his little bubble feeling almost untouchable and convincing himself that he has done nothing wrong, knowing that eventually that bubble will burst in a HUGE way and the guy will be so deep in the shit he'll drown.
