Getting A Burn-In On A HDTV how long

Basically if I am playing a game or watching a movie with a tv logo, for how long would I have to display that to get a burn-in? Some tell me a couple days and some say a couple of hours? If I turn the tv off for like 5 seconds after watching it for 1 hour, will that help?

That's becasuse burn-in is the damage done to a screen caused by static images that are displayed for a long time, not leaving your TV on all day long

happened to me after 2-3 weeks of leaving it on CNBC all day.... damn logos on the bottom of the screen got burned in.
