Most Expensive Keywords On Adwords?

Going off of the logic that these expensive words on hre will also be the most expensive on adsense, thus giving you more $ per click. What do you think they are? I am guessing hosting? Casino (don't know if they still do this) or perhaps some other webmaster keyword. Anyone care to shed some light?

They don't allow casino ads any more :-(
I believe the most expensive keyword on overture was something to do with cancer lawsuites, keyword bids were up to $100 per click as potential clients to these lawyers could be worth millions.

Really?? I mean, even on a site that is TOTALLY irrelevant you would still make far more attempting to target your pages so google believes that is what your site is about. I bring in a bunch of traffic daily from my own sites through a 404 page, and I get a decent (considering the traffic type) CTR REGARDLESS of what the ads are actually about (it is a nice mix of mainstrream and adult traffic). So I am thinking I should perhaps target my 404 page to something like that and even if the CTR drops dramatically surely I'd still make a hell of alot more.

Ok, but from an adsense perspective (which is what this thread is about) porn ads aren't relevant. Enlighten me with the most expensive mainstream keywords if you will. Just a few of the highest that you know, I am interested...

There was a contest a few months ago where a bunch of WM's competed for the highest/fastest PR using that word as a theme or something.

It's even worse, ambulance chasing lawyers looking to sue :ak47:

Loan and mortgage keywords are the new high bid areas, i'd also look at credit keywords. Pay day loans are also good and very popular.
