Non-blockable pop-ups, good or bad?
 

Ok guys, as we all know popups are being quite much discussed whether they are good or bad. Now with the so much popup blockers out there, most surfers that do not want popups have installed such blockers, but ofcourse our answer is non-blocking popup :) I am talking about a popup that will appear even if you have installed the google toolbar, and any other popup blockers, it only doesn't beat the mozilla built in popup blocker.
So will this popup be wise to use on some page where you want to display a popup like...your surfer has jirked much in your sites network..and when he leaves it, bring him up a popup in order to try catch again his interest or this will make him mad because he sees a popup deswpite he has popup blockers :)

I will appreciate any comments and discussions on this thing :)
