I am officially starting my diet when I wake up.
 
When i wake up in the morning I am officially starting my diet. I neeeeeeeeeed to loose this weight. anyone want to start with me?

Good luck ... but remember one thing : When the diet stop, if your bad habits come back, the weight come back too

yeah i do some everyday when I wake up i walk to the bathroom, then I walk to teh computer, then I work up teh muscles in my fingers by typing, whewww i really work up a sweat. lol

nahhhhh lol Yeah im going to try to walk everyday, and do at leats 3-4 hours at the gym key word is TRY :1orglaugh

yeah I know i had lost like close to 160 lbs 3 years ago. I then met my now husband, and then i got way to comfortable and my habbits that i had went away. I gained some back, so back to me being a drama queen of exercise.

ive been on a diet since a month before my spinal surgery in march - lost 40lbs since feb... almost all the weight i gained from not being that mobile is gone now... just watch what you eat

started one exactly one month ago...Hired a personal trainer. The diet is so tough but I am doing it. I lost 14 lbs so far 61 lbs to go!!!
