I am officially starting my diet when I wake up.
When i wake up in the morning I am officially starting my diet. I neeeeeeeeeed to loose this weight. anyone want to start with me?

ive been on a diet since a month before my spinal surgery in march - lost 40lbs since feb... almost all the weight i gained from not being that mobile is gone now... just watch what you eat

started one exactly one month ago...Hired a personal trainer. The diet is so tough but I am doing it. I lost 14 lbs so far 61 lbs to go!!!
