Does traffic drop a bit on weekends ?
 

Today, I've noticed a 2k drop in traffic on a 25k site. Wonder if it has anything to do with weekend,

What are your experiences ?

Traffic fluctuations do occur, but if anything I find theres alot more traffic on a weekend.

Traffic is weird. Some days you expect to be better aren't and some days you expect to be slow surprise you. It's all in the moonphase:glugglug

Saturday and Sunday suck shit for me traffic-wise. Sales stay the same though. Can't figure that one out. :eek7

ya man, sunday can be 70k lower than monday on a 300k site.

Traffic is definately lower for me on weekends, especially sunday..and so are signups. Traffic is a bitch, especially SE traffic can be really unsteady, which has mayor effects on a TGP. 2k less google traffic can easily mean that your total traffic goes down 10k or more if you don't feed the baby much extra traffic from other sources.

I get maybe 10% less traffic on weekends from some of my sites.

yep, traffic usually gets lower on weekends. So do sales :(

traffic is different for all sites - my sales go up on sunday, while my overall traffic for the weekend is about 8-12% lower. At the same time I have close friends that get the opposite.

im sure it does. People actually leave the house on the weekends!
