Anyone know who this guy is? Probably not, but hell...

This morning I'm checking WorldSex to see where he has listed my gallery - anyway, a certain description catches my eye so I click and it leads me to that gallery.

Check out the text at the bottom, beneath the banner. I'll be blown if that bottom text doesn't come straight from one of my galleries... same font face and size... hehehe. That's all good, it's only a text link... but where do the pictures come from? Is that your content? Hmmmmmmmmmm.

It's kind of interesting how we find these things... makes me wonder how many webmasters - even those with a positive reputation - actually steal stuff from other sites to post on their own, whether it be pictures or layouts. From my guesses, it seems to be quite a large amount.

I think that around 75% of all posts on tgp's are done with stolen content... And about 99% of the terra galleries for sure.

All these people keep bitching about tgp's offering to much content but if we would have some way to filter out all stolen content the tgp's would have less stuff to post and there will be way less porn for there surfers to watch for free. That will result in more traffic to your galleries and higher conversion ratios...

i agree totally but if 75% of content is stolen then that means the tgps are becoming saturated themselves with more of the same content which couls then = signups becasue surfer wants a new experience

Could be but what about people stealing content from newsgroups or getting one of those free/cheap trials and steal High Quality content from paysites?

When someone hosts 150k pics on a terra server with absolutely no costs what so ever it's only getting harder to convert...

Look at the quality of that terra gallery!

Any and all TGP owner that list porn web page's on terra.es free servers is a cheater and they know it.
And that goes for the biggest to the smallest TGP owner.

I remember that Ya.com, who DO ALLOW porn in their terms and conditions (they even have a category for it) disappeared pretty fast.

Redshoe posted Terra's market standing last week at this very board... it's going down and down and down. If they are losing market standing, I'm just curious as to why they keep adding new servers.

some newbies don't know there is any difference between saving pics off some site and putting them on their own and buying/providing their own content for their own stuff.

Exactly. When I started I did that, not anymore. The world needs an "Adult webmastering for dummies" kind of site, not another webmaster resource website.

No, I think we've got quite enough dumb webmasters thanks.
