need advice about paying taxes in the netherlands
 

Hee U Guys i have a question,Does anyone of U webmasters in the netherlands pay their taxes? And if so how much do U loose on taxes? plsz reply to me cos it's kinda important, thnxs,kai::

ofcourse you loose on tax ...

You have to pay tax over youre income but also you have to pay VAT (BTW).

There is also a lot "tax deductible" such as your pc and office space.
It's stupid not to pay tax because banks need to inform the govermentabout your bank accounts so they will know.

gozer je betaald gewoon belasting 38% ofzo.
Als je Amerikaanse sponsors hebt dan hoef je geen Btw te betalen.

Wat je moet doen is het volgende:

1. Je gaat naar de kamer van koophander en registreerd je bedrijf.

2. Je gaat naar de belastingsdienst en je vraagt je btw nummer aan etc en geeft aan dat je al je geld uit amerika ktijgt en geen btw hoeft te betalen (dit scheelt je nutteloze aanslagen die je uiteindelijk toch niet hoeft te betalen of terug krijgt)

3. Je krijgt vanzelf het formulier belastings opgave etc en je neemt een accountant of je vult het zelf in (met wat hulp van mensen die er wat vanaf weten. kijk op het forum van www.adultwebmaster.nl)

4. Je krijgt je belastings aanslag en je betaald het.

Klaar.

Weet je dit heel zeker, mijn belasting "adviseur" laat mij al 2 jaar BTW betalen omdat hij dit uitgezocht heeft en volgens hem zou het absoluut moeten.
BTW sucks !

Ja ik ben zelfs naar de belastingdienst geweest om het te vragen, je bent wel btw plichtig als je wat met Nederlandse sponsors doet.
Maar als je je diensten vericht voor een buitenlandse sponsor dan krijg je wel btw terug voor de kosten die je maakt maar je hoeft geen btw te betalen. (Ik ben een bedrijfje).
Mocht je zelf een betaalsite zijn gaat dit niet op want dan reken je je klanten een x bedrag om lid te worden. dan moet je wel btw lappen.

Als je een sponsor in de US gebruikt van je geen BTW. Hoef je 't ook niet af te dragen. Als je zelf een paysite hebt moet je wel BTW afdragen. Of je moet kunnen aantonen dat je leden niet uit Europa komen...

jah maar wat als ik me niet wil inschrijven als bedrijf bij de kamer van koophandel? k kan toch ook gewoon zo belasting afdragen?
Is t denk je verstandig als ik anoniem in een telefooncel de belasting telefoon bel en miin vragen zo voorstel?

Als je geen bedrijfje bent heb je ook geen voordelen als startersaftrek enzo.
Dan wordt het bij je inkomen opgeteld en dan wordt er met de fiscus afgerekend.
Beter laat je de belastingdienst slapen en zeg je niks.
