Just wanted to drop in and say wuzup to all my peeps out there...

K.. here's the gig.. I'm soooo ready for a fucking vacation. So, I'm curious.. are there any webmasters out there feeling the same way and ready to through down on a party? Let's go kick it somewhere.. no business.. just FUN! I'm thinking about a week down in Cali.. Let me know what you think.. I'm game for anything.

The Mrs. and I spend our christmas holidays in Maui. Nothing is nicer than to be on Big Beach on Christmas day. http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/smile.gif
Then (because it's tradition for us) we go to Haleakala, and watch the first sunrise of the year.

My wife always keeps me laughing, everytime we see it on New Years, she sings "Here comes the sun" I don't know why, but when she sings it, I always laugh. Maybe it's because the air is so thin up there, and it's FUC*ING FREEZING on Maui, at Haleakala on New Year's day. But then we go down to the beach and hang out all day.

The coolest thing about a sunrise in Maui, is that when your coming down the hill, you can see the earth's shadow cast in the sky just above the West Maui Mountains. It truly is a beautiful sight.

The sky above the West Maui Mountains is a soft warm pink hue, then there is a sharp "shadow" of the mountain that you're on and the rest of the earth cast in the sky, and the shadow color is a cool blue color. It's very hard to describe.

My girl and I just got back from Maui a few weeks ago, and get this... we have decided to move there as permanent residents. Our lease here in Cali is up at the end of February, and we are already making arrangements with the movers. http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/biggrin.gif We can't wait. Looking at a place in Kahana...

We are already have a huge reservation list of people coming to visit. Suddenly everyone wants to come stay with us!

I'm stuck in "Hell-A") Everytime I mention it, my wife brings up what is known as Island fever. She said that the mainlanders move there, and a few years into it, they hate it. She said they get bored out of their minds. They feel like their in prison. They can't go anywhere, because they've been everywhere.

Personally, I'm an anti-social anyways, so I woudln't mind just going to the beach everyonce in a while. I don't have to go everyday.

I forget the name of the area, think of the head of Maui (the west maui mountains) up near what would be the back of his head, you can sill see the crater, so it's not to far up around the top of his head, but it's not right on the back of his neck either.

You can get to it if you drive up past Lahina, just keep going, you will eventually, pass up around the top of his head, and as you can see more of the crater there was an area up there being developed into modern homes. It looked really nice. And the plots of land weren't that expensive. You're a few hundred feet above sea level there, so your view, would be a long meadow, (open area) that would slope down, and eventually drop off to the ocean. Because you're higher you can see more ocean. A short drive would have you in Downtown, and just a little further, would have you in Kaahumana shopping center. http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/smile.gif

ummmm, seeing as how this seems like the romantic place to go.... i'm still single, so can you guys leave the woman at home and let's go party? :-)
