She was deficiently lipsinging! Everyone else that has sang the song has done a great job actually singing it and they keep the cameras on the singer the whole time, usually. This time once they realized she was off and they started pointing the cameras everywhere else.

Sometimes there is a 1-2 second relay... I've noticed it at some concerts I have been to.. Gives the techies some time to work their magic upstairs in the sound booth...

Sometimes the singers voice would be FASTER than the song, other times it was BEHIND the song..

If there is a delay it should be consistant. Not behind, then ahead of the singers lips!
