Guilty or not???


I say he walks away

guilty as a motherfucker.. life

guilty however i dont believe the prosecution has enough for death

I say he walks into Bubba's life.(his roommate in prison)

I feel he is guilty also but have a feeling he will walk free

Didn't he have like 15k in his car with his brothers id going to Mexico? Of course they had some excuse about his brother going to buy his car and that's where the cash came from? I personally drive around with loads of bills to Mexico...

We will never know if he was going to Mexico or not, they never let him try.

Just because I drive to San Diego does not mean I am going to cross the border.

That being said . . . it is kind of weird that the defense rested already, and I am not sure that I think it is a smart move for your attorney to say in opening statements that you are going to testify, and then not put you on. But I also think Peterson would have had a problem on the stand.

It sucks that they did not televise the case, but from what I have seen/heard there are a couple of issues that the prosecution has problems with, like cause and place of death, did the kid die at the same time . . . things like that.

Guilty as hell.

Up until recently, I thought he would walk, too. But based on what the people in the courtroom were all saying, the prosecution got a lot of help last week when they shredded the defense witness about the baby. And now the defense has rested so soon. I'm thinking he might actually be convicted, but I don't think he'll get the death penalty. It also won't suprise me if it goes the other way, though.
