Can any of you webmaster get content from VHS tape?
 

One person just told me that he could encrypt or encode (or something like that)the footage from VHS tape to mpeg format to use for video clips.

Can this be done? And if so, I have some content on VHS tape for sale.

It includes the signed model release and the drivers liscense with proof of age.

it's very easy to do if you have video-in/out graphic card and fast processor in your machine. ASUS7100 Delux Combo (that i have)allow to do this.

The answer to your question:

When you use a digital camcorder to film shit that you're going to put onto a VHS tape, it's higher quality footage then, say, footage taken with a High8 camcorder or 8mm.
