That's an old scam trick. Someone emails you saying they want your domain, but want YOU to buy an appraisal.

Trust me, if someone is willing to pay 75K for a domain, they dont need you to buy an appraisal. Write the person back and tell them that if he needs an appraisal, he is free to acquire one himself.
