Anyway, Winzip is saying it's not a valid archive. I tried re-downloading ... Same result.

Try winrar and ace :) it works sometimes

I think I uninstalled WinRar when I switched to Win2k... I'll have to check.

Edit: Found it, tried it... The file is truncated.

That's a nice set.. try their icq maybe.
