I send them over 350 sales a month but can't get a squeak out of them.
Its almost enough to make me bothered to change my links.:mad:

They never replied to my emails so I never sent them 1 join. No customer service = No Traffic.

That's just not good business sense on their parts...

yea they are losein out on money by not paying somebody to do customer service work, im sure if they invest money in customer service it will well be worth the ammount of extra sales the will receive.

Was missing a check from them once. Called that number and they got it straight. Sent the check Fed Ex and had it next day.

I more than qualify for their icq support but still get no reponse from their icq.:(

Its not like I bother them much and I can appreciate they like a laid back lifestyle but a bit of attention to their business wouldn't go astray.

I never have any problems. Guess I know the inside guy. Haha.
