How do you conferance call 1000+ people?

i have done it at an old company.

basically you get in line to talk by hitting a number, the moderater says "ok now we have johnny wants to say something ..."

etc.

why would you ever want to do that?

anyway, you have everyone call in to the same bridge which connects everyone. you dial a number and then enter a password etc. we used to do it all the time were i used to work. only like 20 people though.

I am sure that not all owed will be on (I will, they owe me 17k...never mind my time) and most will come here to hear the out come, but I can bet it will be more than 20.
