How long can you store beer before it goes bad?
 

I just found a shitload of beer in my garage, it's at least 8 years old... drinkable?

open it and take a sip...

i don't think it lasts well past 6 months, thats longest i've left beer.

can, bottle, is your garage hot or cold, what kind of beer is it malt, lager, etc... these things are all important. None quite as important as how it tastes. TASTE IT!

A friend of mine works for an Anheiser Busch theme park and she get's a few cases each month.

She told me that half of her garage is filled with beer.

depends on what kind of beer it is (im not sure that any will keep that long though)

I didn't know that was even possible.
I've never had a case of beer for more than a few days.

anything bud, miller or coors is shit after 3 months
we were required to pull it once it reached 1 1/2

it will last long if it stayed the same temperature, if not toss it or serve it to friends you do not like when they come over

I'm pretty sure there is an expiration date on beer. it will be flat

But just get a new 24, change bottles, go back in the store and tell the guy you picked up the wrong brand and you wanna exchange it
