He shot my new contract girl Victoria and didn't pay her the $900 he owes her because she shot with my production company for Adult.com & Hustler because (he says) it will ruin her career to shoot for us. And list reasons why shooting for Lensman & Larry Flynt will ruin a model's ADULT career.

Strange....Because if this is the model in question....She was referred to me by another one of Garrett's business associates. I was told that she was available for hardcore. Last I heard, she was either in Vegas ort taking a little time off. The person who referred her to me is fully aware that she would have been sent to Adult.com

So how does this guy get away with this? I pay girls before they leave. It amazes me every time I hear about girls not getting paid for scenes. If I did that I would fully expect someone to put a gun in my face.

Just another reason to ALWAYS pay by check. If you pay cash, the girl can always claim she was never paid.

Ask Danny Salas about Garrett - Garrett is a carpet bagger - not a friend to any content shooter in LA - pulls this type of shit on other shooters - caused one of our shoots last year to be cancelled because he told the model she deserved to be paid $100 per set - well some of us are in this biz to make a profit, you don't make a living paying girls $100 per set when people are paying $120-150 per set.

it doesn't surprise me that he was shit talking Roy and Adult.com to a model - those type of shooters who look for an edge by trying to manipulate girls with misinformation are a pain in the ass.

Not only that but she sat on her ass for over 1 hour on the cell phone talking with her boy friend. So, why is it that Danny Salas should be paid a booking fee when he cant keep his bitch in line. Besides, is he legit? Does he have an agency license?

I told her that she should shoot for $100 per set. Going rates for Penthouse Pets is a bit higher than the girls at WM. I know thats where you found her, but she did not want to be on their site. Her friend used her as a ploy to restart her (the friend) failing porn career. Thats why she ended up on WM. Hell when I get to shoot her, I pay her $100 per set. Its only fair. Just because the clients only pay $120-150 per set, doesnt mean that you cann't shoot her. You just have to pay more and make less. Like I said, when you get control over your bitches, you should get your booking fee, but the shit that she pulled that day was absolute BULLSHIT. I can't comment on what went on that day cause I wasn't there - but as a photographer with over 15 years of experience shooting models - I can tell you that if you can't take control over your own productions...then you deserve shit like that.

You can't expect an agent to "control his bitch" if he's not there with her 24 hours a day. At some point...you have to control her. If she's on the phone then you tell her she's got 10 minutes to finish that convo or your sending her home without pay. Or, you get on the phone to her agent and you tell him that "his bitch is out of control" and he'll get things back on track for you. But....if you decide that things arn't so bad that your going to go ahead and start shooting - then I think that you owe the guy his booking fee. If you shot pics of her or video - he deserves his fee. If you didn't finish the shoot - that's not his problem....it's yours. Next time your in a situation like that - take command of your productions and tell the model what the fuck is going on. She' works....or she walks.

If she shows up 2 hours late - then send her home. Then you don't owe the model or a booking fee. If you paid the model - then you should pay the booking fee as well.

Mutt aka Wonton aka BMB, Alicia S. and a few others Im sure dont like the fact that I have good relationships with some of the agencies down there. He told me the "check was in the mail" I didn't recieve the check for a few weeks and then gave me HALF of the $1800 he owed me. A check for $900 came to me from Erins account yes that's it only one check! I'm not here to talk bad I want what I earned.
