CP and ASACP
So I ran across some CP and turned it into ASACP. I'm not talking about a girl who was maybe 17 or maybe 18, or maybe even 18 but looked 15... these girls were 12 at best. Totally nude, privates exposed and focused on. Children exploited.
ASACP replied to every mail I sent them (multiple pages): "We could not determine whether the models are `clearly` under the age of 18; therefore, we are unable to report the website to the authorities." Unfucking real. At BEST these girls were 12. :321GFY I would hate to see what they think IS cp. I am very disapointed with them. |
Ok.

I always wondered why after each time I submit a report I receive more CP spam.
No reports ... less spam ... I try to help ... spam ... Hmm. |
Reporting is just a waste of time imo. I know they might get a ton of reports in a day but they don't even take the time to to just go through the site which might take maybe 1 minute.
|
As bad as this is to say it looks like they are pocketing the money without willing to do the leg work...
|
They attend to EVERY reporting that we send them and have made substantial progress on alot of the reports as well.
|
I wouldn't knock ASACP, they don't set the rules that the FBI and other agencies give them for reporting CP. Perhaps you can reply back to ASACP and ask them to explain further.
|
I am not, nor have ever said it is a waste of time ... I still do so every time I get the crap ... I am merely disturbed by the amount of CP (check the newsgroups) and the fact it is becoming more rampant.
I love freedom (internet, choices and etc) but sometimes I contradict my beliefs when contemplating whether censorship (ouch) is actually a good thing. I still say "NO!" I would like to see all the sick fuhks die, slowly... and you can see this live for a $29.95 on killacplowlife.com That includes peep that use it to their advantage -- market an adult site with CP terminology. |
I think everyone in this thread, and especially those at the ASACP, feel the same way about child porn. We're all on the same side.
ASACP is a solid organization built by people who care. These people have devoted their life to the cause. But like any legitimate organization, they have their hands tied due to the system we all are working in. Vigilante justice is wrong, but I'd hate to see what would happen to that webmaster you were trying to report after being put in a room with someone from the ASACP - or any of us, for that matter. I think that your time would be better spent focusing on urging public officials to devote more resources to the cause than slamming people of like-mind in public forums. But that?s just my two cents . . . |

You're wrong... Please try and think (or ask around a little) just a tiny bit before making such serious accusations... You end up looking like a jackass. |
I believe they do the best from their turn. I had received replies back, after that it's up to proper authorities to take action. In your case you should insist by replying back to have a 2nd look.
