I like the Eyecandy filters.

Also...there's a great one called Knockout that makes masking and extracting parts of your images a snap.

Xenofex, Eye Candy, KPT, Smart saver pro and couple others . But I rarely use them

I usually don't use any, but I do have a few of the flaming pear goodies. Most of the time, I just do it myself, (mainly because I forget I have the plugins...)
