seems everyone is interested in new sports cars where you basically buyin a name brand, i would rather spend the money spent on one of those cars and buy a 69 camero and put the sickest engine i can find in it and pimp it out

I like the squared off , wedge shape of the lotus better than the rounded shape of the newer sports cars.

Fortunately for you maybe, Lotus only gives you one choice in the US.

I hear it's a huge fucking pain in the ass to import the euro versions. After you make them legal to put onto US streets, you probably don't have a Lotus anymore.

and by the way...that first car you posted is ugly as fuck. looks like one of those acura wannabe ferrari things...so many better looking cars than that...i dont know if you consider it a sports car but the bentley gt is beautiful compared to that thing...

We have a winner, my father and brother both have one and its the most beautifull and best sportscar ever......

Clearly i'm biased,but the 911TT will always be at the top of my list :)

Among critics the Esprit is viewed upon as one of the most brilliant sports car designs ever created. I can't remember the name of the designer, but he's famous among his peers. Like Pininfarina.

The Esprit was long before Acura ever saw the face of the earth, too.

And Bentleys? C'mon now, just like the Bugatti, it's just the same round style you see just about everywhere these days. Nothing unique to contribute anymore. Not to mention, the designs of Bugatti and Bentley are not originals anyway. Bugatti is Volkswagen work, and Bentley belongs to.... BMW I believe?

The Esprit stays a true sports car classic. Unprecendeted and unbeaten in my opinion.
