In a pinch, what can I use as a bottle opener?
 

Getting ready to go out and need to drink a few pre-flight Coronas. Can't find the bottle opener.

What can I use out of ordinary household items?

You can use a lighter, or just put the edge of the cap onto a counter top and slam down, it will pop right off
